Simple Daily Exercise Suggestion
1. Walk 10 minutes a Day and Increase Your Fitness Level
Old thinking was to work out in a sweat-filled gym for hours a day. No pain, no gain. New studies show that even short bouts of activity can increase your fitness level, especially if you’re new at working out.
2. Park and Walk
Whenver you have an errand, park your car as far away as you can handle and walk to the store. At the mall, park at farthest end anda walk the length of the mall. Use every opportunity to walk. At the end of the day, it all adds up the better fitness.
3. Crunch in Bed
Before you even get out of bed in the morning, do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. Think you’ll never get there? Try it. You may eventually have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier, a small price to pay for a flatter stomach.

This really works! When I get home I try not to use the elevator, but the stairs, I usually go to the supermarket by walking (I have one very close to my place) and I try to buy as much as I can carry with me and now I have stronger arms. When you don’t have much time to work out, try to do this and you are going to feel better.
True tips. That will help you life time. You will feel energetic and fresh for whole day. It means your 10-15 minutes will make the whole day happier. It’s great.
Fortunately I stay near the stadium, and it opens till 10 pm. I love to take after dinner walk there.
