Not other icons in desktop, Recycle Bin’s icon may not be altered to different name. To change the name Recycle Bin, you have to make Registry’s editing.
1. Click Start –> Run
2. Write regedit and press ENTER
3. Expand to :-
HYKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache
4. Double Click at STRING @c:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll,-8964
5. Change the “Recycle Bin” to the name you want, for example “Trash”
6. Click OK
Now, press F5 key, Recycle Bin icon would be turned to the name that prescribed.
